The Blue Hole

Magnificently mysterious, and stunningly colorful, Belize's famed Blue Hole is a magnet for the serious diver. With an almost perfectly circular hole, and a seemingly bottomless depth of some 480 feet, the Blue Hole is truly one of the wonders of Belize. A part of the Lighthouse Reef System, the Blue Hole is the centerpiece of this system and abounds with stalactites and limestone formations. When in Belize, be sure to explore the magnificence of the famous Blue Hole, which is located some 60 miles from Belize City.

When visiting Belize, you must have a valid passport, along with proof of return. No visas are required from the United States, United Kingdom, and Caribbean countries. Most other countries requires visa. Check with your travel representative. Visitors are allowed a month visit without requesting an extension.
