Belize To Host Responsible Tourism Conference News Conference From October 19 - 21, dozens of participants from around the world will descend upon Belize's capital city of Belmopan, News Conference for the 3rd Annual World Conference for Responsible Tourism. Hosted by the International Center for Responsible Tourism this special three day event will feature experts from around the world discussing issues such as local economic development through tourism, the impact of mass tourism on local communities and climate change. Top Culinary Masters Featured At Taste Of Belize Over 700 locals,Taste Belize tourists and culinary Taste Belize masters attended the Belize Tourism Board's 8th Annual Taste of Belize Culinary Competition in August. The competition was broken into four categories: Professional Chef, Apprentice Chef, Bartender and Cake Decorator. Top awards were given to dishes such as coconut cilantro and papaya orange glazed chicken, tenderloins stuffed with chives and coffee balsamic reduction as well as spiced rub beef medallion.
