Top Culinary Masters Featured At Taste Of Belize Over 700 locals,Taste Belize tourists and culinary Taste Belize masters attended the Belize Tourism Board's 8th Annual Taste of Belize Culinary Competition in August. The competition was broken into four categories: Professional Chef, Apprentice Chef, Bartender and Cake Decorator. Top awards were given to dishes such as coconut cilantro and papaya orange glazed chicken, tenderloins stuffed with chives and coffee balsamic reduction as well as spiced rub beef medallion.
