Belizean Stuffings
Ingredients:
Bread crumbs 1/2 lb Thyme 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper 1 teaspoon Butter 1/2 lb Onion, diced 1 Sweet pepper, diced 1/2 Season All to taste Soy Sauce to taste Celery Stalk 1
Instructions:
Sauté onion, celery, thyme and sweet pepper. Add bread crumbs, season all, black pepper, mixing all ingredients together. Moisten with a small amount of soy sauce, stirring constantly for about 10 minutes. Stuffing's can be moisten with a little bit of water if it is too dry. Optional: You can add nuts and raisins
