Seafood Gombo Belizean Style
Ingredients:
Zucchini 1 Cho Cho 1 Carrot 1 Onion 1 Sweet Pepper 1 Garlic, clove 1 Celery, stick 1 Tomato Sauce 1/2 cup Fish 6 oz Shrimp-whole 6 Mussels 6 Dips of Bacon 1/2 Elbow Macaroni 1 pack
Instructions:
Dice: Zucchini, Cho Cho, and Carrots into small pieces, add to boiling water for 5 minutes along with elbow macaroni. Add 1 cup tomato sauce while boiling, then 3 tablespoons of fish base and black pepper to taste. Stir 1 tablespoon of corn starch into half cup of water to dissolve and add to soup. Dice onion, sweet pepper, garlic, and celery along with fish, shrimp, and mussels, into the soup. Cook for 3 minutes. Serve hot
