Spanish Gazpacho
Ingredients:
Breadcrumbs garnish Tomatoes 11 oz. Cucumber 1 Sweet Peppers 12 Garlic Cloves 3 Olive Oil 2 oz. Limes 2 Tabasco Sauce dash Salt dash Pepper dash Basil 3 leaves garnish
Instructions:
Wash and clean all the vegetables. Blend all vegetables until it starts to liquefy. Add the oil, Tabasco sauce, salt, pepper, and lastly a piece of fresh basil. Stop processor; add some ice cubes and process again until mixture is smooth. Strain mixture and let stand in the cooler for 3 hours before serving. Garnish with breadcrumbs and basil. Served with French bread or Dinner rolls.
